Where are you located? We are in Tomball, a town just north and west of Houston. We are located on the north side of W. Main Street, west of the railroad tracks and directly across the street from a music venue called Main Street Crossing.We are between the cross streets of Walnut and Elm. Our parking lot access is from Main Street.
What are your hours and days of operations? Due to COVID-19, we have adjusted our hours to the following:
Monday - Saturday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Sunday - CLOSED
How long does it take to have an item shipped? If the item is in stock, it normally ships within one business day.

Can I special order items? Yes. Please call us for availability and delivery times/options. Our store number is 281-351-1705.
Do you accept consignment saddles for sale? Yes. Our consignment fee is 25% of the selling price after the saddle has sold. Our customers expect a certain quality of used saddles; therefore, please call us first at 281-351-1705 so that you can talk with our saddle specialists to be sure that your saddle fits our customers' needs. The information we will need from you is the brand, model, seat size, tree width, and flap details. We will then schedule an appointment time for you to bring the saddle into the store. If you are not in the local area, we will have you send us photographs of the saddle. We do not accept saddle accessories with the saddle. We allow both our new and used saddles to be checked out.
